Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave entitlement in addition to public holidays (pro-rata for part-time colleagues).

Performance-related pay (PRP): In addition to generous salary scales Active Cheshire offers an opportunity to supplement income whilst helping the organisation to become more sustainable. Colleagues can earn a maximum of 6% ‘commission’ on income secured which directly contributed to overhead costs.
