Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave entitlement in addition to public holidays (pro-rata for part-time colleagues).

Performance-related pay (PRP): In addition to generous salary scales Active Cheshire offers an opportunity to supplement income whilst helping the organisation to become more sustainable. Colleagues can earn a maximum of 6% ‘commission’ on income secured which directly contributed to overhead costs .

Recognition: Active Cheshire hosts an annual event to celebrate achievements and recognise the hard work of the whole team. The event takes place at Chester Races for staff, board and their families.

Confidential counselling service: A confidential counselling service is available to all colleagues free of charge. This service offers professional counselling and information services designed to help with a range of problems in the workplace or at home.
